Long time have idea in my mind about build "Hovercraft port city" in Matrix movie style.

In previous my works I build hovercraft ans sentinel, but always dream make something big.
Fortunately got chance do that with challenge NVIDIA Metropia 2042 . Can use all my previous experience.
